Earl Moloney sold his limousine assets, together with the name "Moloney Coach Builders" to Jacques Moore 1986 who incorporated Moloney Coachbuilders, Inc., to carry on the business.
Earle agreed not to compete for five years in the stretch limousine business but reserved the right to make armored limousines and custom vehicles extended by less than 20 inches.

& Chicago and Moloney/Moloney Scaletta) are not owned by the same
