Established on February 22, 1937 in Japan.
As of February 1, 2005, two companies of FALTEC group, Altia Co., Ltd. which mainly sells car accessories and automobile related machines, and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. which mainly produces automobile exterior parts, merged in order to further strengthen the integrated management and started as a new company Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd.
Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd. born by the merger of both companies has quite unique business contents as "total provider of car parts/accessory and related machines" which possesses not only supply of hardware such as parts, accessories and machines for car life cycle, but also providing software for maintenance and recycle of car. The activity area is Japan, North America, Europe, China, South-East Asia and others on the world.
History.
1917 : Hashimoto Iron Works Inc., the forerunner of Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. was established.
1937 : Nissan Auto Sales Co., Ltd., the forerunner of Altia Co., Ltd. was established.
1985 : Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. was listed on the 2nd section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2001 : Altia Co., Ltd. become independent from Nissan Motor through MBO.
2003 : Altia Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. reached a basic agreement to consolidate management.
2004 : Altia Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. consolidate management and FALTEC Co., Ltd. was established as the holding company for the two companies.
2005 : Altia Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. merged to form Altia Hashimoto Co., Ltd..(Altia Co., Ltd. is a surviving company).

Hashimoto Forming Industry Co., Ltd. is a maker of OEM exterior parts
such as front grille and splash-guard-center which are installed to
vehicle at its production line of car maker. On the other hand, the main
business of Altia Co., Ltd. is development and sales of accessory parts
such as aero parts and floor carpet mat to be installed to lined-off
vehicles. It also manufactures and sells car inspection equipment and
