Founded in 1988 in East Sussex, England.
Hawk's main business is in the manufacture of a range of kit cars (or component cars) which are grouped under the heading "The Hawk Collection". These kits are replicas or re-creations of famous cars from the 60's and 70's, developed to allow the home builder to own vehicles with levels of style, performance and quality that they may never have imagined was within their means.
A particular example of this is with the suspension upgrade that Hawk designed for kits using the MGB suspension components. Their independent suspension can be fitted to kit cars or to original cars to realise modern ride and handling responses on these traditionally styled vehicles.

Besides the range of kits that are available, Hawk Cars also provide
technical consultancy, mechanical engineering and grp bodywork services
to other companies. Additionally, parts manufactured for their kit cars
are also suitable for use on some other cars and are therefore sold as
