1964 Chevrolet Corvair Greenbrier
Not many of us think of a van when we hear the word Corvair, but here is a 1964 Chevrolet Corvair Greenbrier.
For 1964, The rather large looking, rear engined Chevrolet Corvair
Greenbrier van was no longer than a standard Corvair, at just 179.7
inches long.
The interior had striped woven fabric on the seats, as well as painted sidewalls, vinyl coated jute headliner, rubber floor mats, front domelight and driver sunshade.
A rich fawn interior was standard, with the De Luxe model offering a choice of all-vinyl fawn, green, red or turquoise interior color-keyed to exterior finish.
The Chevrolet Corvair Greenbrier had double doors on the right and in the rear, and even came with an option for doors on the left side.
With the addition of the optional Custom Camper Unit, it provided almost everything you needed for an outdoor adventure.
